Now, ‘Mere Brother Ki Dulhan’ is a film from the esteemed Yash Raj production house and is a musical rom com of the mushy kind that the typical Indians love. The film is set in the upper middle class urban areas of North India and spins around Imran who finds himself falling in love with his brother’s fiancé essayed by the ravishing Katrina.

A couple of movie stills have been released by the movie bosses (an apt strategy to start the promotion proceedings) and the images show Imran and Katrina clad in the trendy outfits which has become synonymous with the modern day Indian youth. Both Kat and Imran are seen engaged in chuckles and gorging on some jalebis.

The film, however, is still in the pipeline and is slated for a mid 2011 release.
