Google Chrome is celebrating its second birthday and to mark the occasion an update is being released.
Back on September 2nd 2008, the first beta version of Chrome became available, and since then the browser has evolved into just one of many chasing after Internet Explorer.
After only one day of release, Chrome captured one percent of the search market, leading many analysts to think big for the future.
Chrome has not taken off however the way that Google would’ve liked, but it continues growing at a steady, if not slow pace.
Today Google has rolled out the sixth Windows version of Chrome since it was born, one that comes with increased functionality than previous versions.
Google is also working on a Chrome app store which they hope to have ready to go by next month.
