Olive Pad VT100, India’s first 3G tablet PC, is expected to be available on 25th October 2010. The slate by Olive Telecom, running Android 2.2 (Froyo) operating system, has a dimension of 7-inches with a resolution of 800 x 480 on a capacitive touch screen supporting multi touch. It combines the features of a Tablet PC with an Entertainment Device, a GPS Navigator, a Smart phone, an E-book Reader, an Internet Tablet and a lot more. It will be India’s first 3.5G tablet with HSUPA (High Speed Uplink Packet Access) support.
