Indian Farmers Fertiliser Co-Operative (IFFCO) has started its recruitment process for the posts of Graduate Engineer Trainess for India and abroad.The eligibility criterion for the GETs is the candidate should be an Engineer graduate in streams like Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil or Instrumentation and Electronics, from a reputed Institute / University.
The training period will be of one year. Stipend and other benefits will be given to the candidates as per the norms. After the completion of the training, the candidates will be hired according to the requirement of the company on the regular pay scale set by the Indian Farmers Fertilizers Co-Operative. However, the selected candidates, before joining for the training will be required to sign the bond as per the company rules.
